My morning routine – in-bed pelvic crunches and twists, toilet, Brita water with 3 meds, Trelegy asthma inhalation, mouth wash, pot of Brita water to boil for green tea & ginseng drink, and now the inversion table for my 8 minute inversion – this last was rudely interrupted when, following the abdominal crunches hanging upside down, I felt a trickle of something wet in my nose.
