Judge denies motion to dismiss Travis Scott from Astroworld lawsuits. Scott's attorneys argue that the rapper did not hold any weight in safety planning for the event, but victims' families argue that he was negligent in his encouragement of boosting fan attendance and in disregarding security guidelines. The concert took place on November 5, 2021, where 10 people were killed in a crowd surge.
