The Clipper by Alan Cocksedge is a short animation depicting a restored 1940’s Boeing 314 Clipper sea plane coming home to Poole harbour which was a busy airport during WW2 and the birth place of BOAC, now British Airways. The animation will show a modelled and textured Boeing 314 Clipper landing in Poole harbour, the backplate is footage of Poole harbour behind Brownsea Island. On landing both Houdini fluid and pyro simulations are utilised to simulate the effect of the white water and spray
